Throughout her career, Rachel has been recognized for her service to the community, earning multiple pro bono awards from The Florida Bar. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and an active member of the Brevard Collaborative Association, where she advocates for collaborative solutions that prioritize communication, respect, and long-term family well-being.

Rachel’s practice is rooted in the belief that the legal process doesn’t have to be combative to be effective. She brings empathy, practical insight, and a steady hand to every case, working closely with her clients to find solutions that protect what matters most.

After years of litigation experience, Rachel has transitioned her practice to focus on uncontested family law matters, collaborative family law matters and service as a family law mediator.

Joseph Bachand is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, Alaska, and Missouri. Born and raised in Cocoa, Florida, Joe has deep roots in the Space Coast community and a lifelong commitment to serving the people and places he calls home.

Joe earned his undergraduate and master’s degree from Florida State University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a skilled trial attorney and trusted advocate, representing clients in both criminal defense and complex civil litigation.

Joe’s legal experience spans a broad range of matters. Early in his career, he defended clients facing charges ranging from murder to misdemeanor offenses, developing courtroom skills and strategic judgment that continue to benefit his clients today. He later expanded his practice to represent individuals, businesses, banks, insurance companies and medical professionals in contract disputes, foreclosure litigation, tort claims and other complex civil matters. Regardless of the case, Joe is committed to providing practical advice, meticulous preparation and strong, effective advocacy.
