Civil Mediation

Joseph is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator who brings extensive trial and litigation experience to the mediation process. His career as a trial lawyer includes business and consumer contract disputes; consumer credit matters; construction contracts and claims; real estate sales contracts; property ownership and title disputes; landlord-tenant matters; personal injury; premises liability; motor vehicle claims; and insurance and coverage disputes, giving him practical insight into the legal and financial considerations that affect the resolution of civil cases.

As a mediator, Joseph draws upon his courtroom experience to help parties and counsel realistically evaluate the evidence, legal issues, litigation risks, costs, and practical consequences of their positions. He is personable and has a natural ability to relate to others. Joseph is an excellent communicator, which allows him to build rapport and understand different perspectives.
